November's Pinch Punch
November was all killer, and no stocking filler here at Airship & Toggle HQ. We were busier than Santa’s workshop, and it's time to look back over our month in numbers 🎅👇
☃️ We had 38 new hospitality brands signing up across Airship & Toggle. Including Flat Iron, Ideal Collection, Roseacre Pub Company, Toast Coffee, SUSHISAMBA, Bierkeller, Stange & Co., Big Fang Collective, Elite Bistros, DGB Hospitality Group, Rangers Football Club, Drunk Panda, Dough Loco, Laki Kane, Spectrum Pubs and twenty three more!
🏡 Incredibly, we had 47 brands completed their onboarding and go live; an all time record. Including Mowgli Street Food, Red Engine Team, McMullens, Arc Inspirations, Buzzworks Holdings, SOHO Coffee Co., Portobello Pub Co., Döner Shack, Anglian Country Inns, Balfour Hospitality, Grounded Kitchen, Cairn Group and over 30 others. A huge, huge congratulations to all of our onboarding team, headed up by Georgina, Alex & Cal 🙌
💰 £9.3 million of Toggle gift cards were bought in November. Meaning that there's now £21m of stored balance sat on the Toggle platform, representing over 100,000 prepaid promises of future visits. With over 230 hospitality brands using our fulfilment service to deliver their physical cards & vouchers - bravo Anna 👏
📧 Over 70 million marketing emails were delivered via Airship. We also launched our new Visual Campaign Reporting feature. Meaning each email broadcast report will include actual ROI and physical visits to locations from email clicks, including spend. It's a huge step forward and only possible due to 100+ integrations that feed data into Airship 🤝
🤵♂️ We launched 'Toggle Time 3: Snow me the money!', Ran 5 hospitality gifting masterclasses, filmed a Christmas avert, attended the fabulous Peach 20/20 & the Propel Info Leaders Dinner, and welcomed a brand new Marketing Manager in Nicky Geraghty
🏆 We were nominated for no less than 3 Restaurant Marketer & Innovator awards! Including two in the ‘Best Use of Technology’ category, alongside our friends at Giggling Squid, 200 Degrees Coffee Roasters and Feed It Back. We’ve also been nominated in the 'Best use of Data & Insight' category, which has been a true labour of love for our in-house data analyst - Stuart Shirley 🥳
and breath.... It was a lot! We’re ready to put up our feet and start dreaming of pigs in blankets. But, our busiest month of the year lies ahead and there’s so much more fun to be had 👀
